Production
After the purchase window has closed, we will start production of the boxes based on the total number ordered. Each box will be carefully produced, inspected, and packaged for shipment.
Shipping
We estimate that all orders will be dispatched within 6-12 weeks of the close of the purchase window. Timing is dependent on demand, and any production delays. Customers will be contacted with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Cats In A Box is not a limited edition, but does have a limited purchase window. After the purchase window has closed, orders will enter production and Cats In A Box will no longer be available. You can order as many as you would like during the limited timeframe.

As long as your order is placed during the purchase window, you can order as many as you would like. This is ideal if you would like to gift this product to someone and also have one for yourself.

We anticipate 6-12 weeks to produce and ship all orders. We produce the boxes based on how many are ordered to minimize waste and to keep this release unique and special. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

We are shipping orders to 30+ countries worldwide with much improved international shipping rates and support for multiple currencies and local payment methods.

For the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and all Countries in the European Union any sales tax or duty due will be calculated and charged during checkout with no further fees or charges when you receive your order. Please note for orders to the UK above £135, VAT is collected by the shipping carrier not us as required to comply with local import laws.
For the Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand no duty is payable either up front or when you receive your order.
For all other countries, any duty or local taxes payable will depend on your location and the total value of your order.

Unfortunately, all orders are final after that deadline has passed, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. There is a countdown timer on the website that indicates exactly how much time you have left before the purchase window closes and orders enter production.
