Note: Framed prints require additional production time, for fast shipping we suggest ordering prints unframed. All other items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. These are guidelines only, subject to courier or other unforeseen delays, for time sensitive orders we suggest placing your order ASAP.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Please note during periods of high volume, or special promotions that require hand signing of orders, please allow extra processing time of up to 1-3 weeks.
When your order is ready to be shipped, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. In case you have not received it or unable to find your tracking number, our customer service can assist you.

Shipping & handing starts at $7.95 USD for orders within USA/Canada, and $15.95 USD worldwide.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the receiver’s country of residence and item quantity in your online shopping cart.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to USA/Canada on orders over $99 before tax. Please note certain remote areas and states/provinces such as Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, and Northwest Territories are not included in the free shipping offer.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If your order is extremely time sensitive please contact us to confirm specific estimated delivery prior to placing your order.
Please note, that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Items shipped outside of the USA/Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lora Zombie Studio. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Canada and/or the United States.
