Order Returns and Exchanges

Limited releases are produced based on the number of orders we receive during the purchase window, and are created exclusively for the release release. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns because it is a unique product. Please be aware that all sales are final.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before the purchase window closes, you can receive a full refund. Unfortunately, all orders are final after that deadline has passed, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. There is a countdown timer on the website that indicates exactly how much time you have left before the purchase window closes and orders enter production.

Order Changes

If you want to add to your order or make any changes or corrections, please contact us with your order information before your order has shipped and we will take care of it for you!
