Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. During periods of high volume, special promotions, or for promotions that require hand signing of orders, or advance pre-orders please allow extra processing time.

We ship from our studio in Toronto, Canada.

We ship using UPS and therefore request no PO Boxes for shipping addresses. In some cases usually due to an address being super remote or if we are not able to get a non-PO box address from a customer we ship using the postal service. In some very rare cases of a high cost shipping location such as a remote community or an address that UPS doesn't offer standard delivery to we may need to contact you to confirm additional shipping cost.

We don't offer framing services however all of our prints are sized to fit standard frames carried by retailers like Amazon, Target, or Aaron Brothers.

Yes, all orders are shipped UPS with full tracking and insured by us, you will receive tracking by email (or SMS if you selected that option during checkout) as soon as your order is on the way.

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve your issues. Art Prints and First Editions are made to order and are final sale.

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package, so we can accommodate any damages/replaces. 

All other items (Books, apparel, stickers, pins, etc..) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund less our actual shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many local payment methods charged in your local currency. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal.
