We ship direct from our studio in Toronto, Canada. Framed items are shipped from our fulfillment partner in Montreal.


Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.

Please note during periods of high volume, or special promotions that require hand signing of orders, please allow extra processing time of 1-3 weeks.


First Edition prints and Original Paintings are signed by Lora. Open Edition Prints have a printed signature.


Yes, all orders are shipped UPS with full tracking, you will receive tracking by email (or SMS if you selected that option during checkout) as soon as your order is on the way.


If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.


All orders are charged in USD.


If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us.


We stand by the quality of our products, if you have any issues with your Lora Zombie art please contact us for replacement or repair.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order pleasecontact usimmediately. Once your order is in production we are unable to make changes.


Yes, no need to request permission, please send us a photo when it’s done or post it with #LoraZombie.


All business inquiries or inquiries requiring a response should be submitted to Hello@LoraZombie.com, you may also email Lora directly at Lora@LoraZombie.com. Please do not contact Lora for business opportunities or to request help with school projects. All inquiries are read but due to the volume of emails not all can be responded to.


To be notified when Lora is accepting commissions please contact Hello@LoraZombie.com. Please note that commissions are rarely offered and are priced in line with Lora’s Original paintings.
