After sharing the above post on January 15th, Demi reached out to Lora. Demi was initially introduced to Lora's work through her manager, she particularly liked this piece; her now iconic painting "The King and the Princess", but it was unfortunately not available to purchase at the time. Any Demi Lovato fans will know lions hold a special place in her heart, she even has one tattooed on her hand, so it was clear why this piece stood out to her. Undeterred, we were able to arrange a commissioned lion themed piece for Demi's home in Los Angeles while Lora was there working on murals.
Lora's love for animals made this a project she could easily be inspired by, and the final painting really speaks to this.
For the DEMI x JBL Tell Me You Love Me Pop Up Lora drew inspiration from JBL and Demi's new album. She clearly portrayed this in her three murals that created a unique backdrop for this exciting event.

She first gave life to the "Lost Angel of Los Angeles"
Lora's work is often inspired by music. The melding of the two mediums makes for some impressive art and her second piece inspired by Big September's song 'Love is the Rhythm' is a perfect example of this.
La La Love is the Rhythm 💙
Urban Nation invited Lora to their Berlin headquarters in February to paint a few canvases and some walls around town.
She created 'Illusion of Fear', about which she says "This picture is about people who are attached to their fears. Living in fear to fly, although they can do it anytime. Nothing holds this bird to the grenade in fact....just his fear."
She also created this electric piece, "Big dreamer, dream killers. A strong heart will keep your dreams safe.
Lora then took to the streets to spread her art to the public.
Lastly she was helping save the world one cup at a time with Kahla Porcelain.

Urban Nation Brings Lora Zombie To Iceland For Wall Poetry
Earlier this year Lora was invited with a group of 9 other artists to take part in Wall Poetry, a unique artist collaboration project in association with Urban Nation Berlin and Iceland Airwaves Music Festival. The artists were paired with musicians from the festival lineup. They were then challenged to create massive murals on homes in Reykjavík. Project curator Yasha Young of Urban Nation Berlin says, “The goal was to take the invisible creative process when a painter listens to a record while painting or a musician sees a certain painting or art installation and wants to incorporate the emotional experience and inspiration in her or his songs and connect this process between the two on a very special collaborative platform.”
Lora was paired with Los Angeles indie rock band Warpaint, as a fan she was already familiar with their music and easily found inspiration for her works in the 12 songs on their self titled album, Warpaint.
The artists spent 14 days, rain or shine, transforming Reykjavík into a magical, free art exhibit. They really couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for their incredible works. The public's interest has been peaked and festival goers this November are sure in for a treat.
Lora loved Iceland, she left rejuvenated and inspired. Subscribe to her email updates to see what exciting work she gets up to next.

HAND PAINTED MULTIPLE
EDITION OF 25 - $349 Each
SIGNED & NUMBERED LIMITED EDITION PRINT
EDITION OF 150 - $99 Each
Five years ago, Lora released one of her most iconic and popular images to date titled 'Action Figure'. This piece was one of a few key works early on that were seen and circulated widely online and began to establish Lora as a well known figure on the urban art scene. For such an important release, it was only ever made available as a small unsigned digital print edition.
Now, this piece is getting the release it deserves, a special 5th Anniversary Redux Edition with a signed and numbered edition including a stunning Hand Painted Multiple with additional touches of acrylic paints and lines that give the work the depth and feel of the Original work. Both print editions are available at Eyes On Walls.
